  Middle school is fine, in my opinion. As long as people are mature about it, I see no problem.
  
  
  As for elementary, a boy forced me to kiss him, a girl asked to come over to have sex with me, and everyone thought Christopher, the lonely boy with mental issues that had me as his only friend, was my boyfriend. It's kinda cute, especially when you don't know about sex or anything adult. But I don't think they should date seriously. Maybe Ring Pops as gifts, or the incredibly romantic gesture of sharing a red crayon. But otherwise, I'd say no, pretty much.
