Aww, I'm so sorry. If you feel that way then tell her you didn't mean to fight and even if she wants to stay appart, you two should still at least be friends, it'll make you feel better.

If you keep up insulting yourself, you'll just die more inside and burst out crying.
If you really like her then you should tell her sorry for being an ass hole and that you understand if she doesn't wanna be in a relationship again, but knows that you're sorry for what happened. -
And I'm sure you guys will make up. Maybe if you two got in a fight you just needed some time apart. Relationships aren't perfect.
