Some people (like me) naturaly start flirting when they don't mean it, if it is honestly that way then i see nothing wrong but ofcourse your counter part won't be ok with it.

some ppl are natural flirts and can't help it, if u know ur purposely flirting that's wrong, just try to reduce ur flirting
