I mean I feel like me and him are meant to be but I am afraid that my instincts are wrong.

It really depends on maturity and where your at right now in your life. For whatever reason, may you be confusing love with lust? Are you just lonely and crave attention and affection? It could be anything!
Just make sure you have a clear mind to make the right conclusion, and don't confuse or ignore your inner feelings.
You can never be 100% sure, but true love will tell all in time. Have faith in every aspect.

If you're really serious, you must find out how he feels. Don't make any conclusions or decisions if you don't know his complete true feelings, or yours.

Its not that I crave attention or that I`m lonely cause I know that I truly care for him and that I can`t stand to see him getting hurt and he wants to go to the marines but I want him to go but yet I don`t want him to go cause I don`t want to lose him. I love him more and care for more than anything in this world.

I mean I don`t need to ask sometimes cause he is acting the same way he did the first time we broke and during that whole time.I found out that he still liked me a lot.

Actually truth be told I can see me and him being together 20 years from now and I always have the same dream of me and him getting married and having like 4-5 kids lol.

What? Said that we love each other. Yeah but me and him aren`t dating right now. I mean not to long ago me and him broke up and messaged me two days later and told me that he still liked me and that he cared for me and said that if I gave him time to think that he would be glad to go back out with me.
