  wow. mine wont let me have chewy foods or hard foods and nuts and not much popcorn and gum but one of them said i could have gum on special occasions. my mom found gum that doesnt get stuck in dental work and that is right. i do know alot of people who break the rule about chewy foods alot like 2 of my friends

  at least they dont use needles at my orthodontist
