To us young folks, being physically attracted to someone is quite common. Buy say you got married and grew old with your spouse. Would you still find them attractive?
-
Acknowledging that someone is attractive and being physically attracted to someone are two different things.
-
Honestly I have never been attracted to anyone or found anyone attractive.
-
Auto correct changed my subtext to say physically attracted. I meant "do you think old couples find each other less physically attractive as they get older".
-
According to me, 42.1% of men would still, while 82.6% of women would still.
-
What is with the increase in women? That is odd. Maybe it has to do something with how the gender brains differ or something. Do you think it may be that the men have more stuff going on with grandkids or something? It may have to do with life expectancy or something or another. Idk!
-
That's weird.
-
The men’s percentage might be because they’re always seeing these younger women and stuff. But same goes for their wives, they might see younger men that they think are attractive.

Good mornin’ gtq!

If you get through decades of marriage I doubt each other's good looks are what's keeping you there. Attraction is an initial tool used in biological mating, but while you might be deeply emotionally attracted to your spouse, as you age looks just don't matter as much. This obviously depends on the couple, but as a general rule I'd say it's hard to judge your spouse on their aging when you're aging right along with them.
