This.... dude said he likes me but he also said he's not ready for a relationship. He didn't exactly say it to me, he just told my friend. But I don't know my feelings for him yet.

well if he’s not ready for a relationship yet then maybe take this time to figure out your feelings about him. don’t rush yourself <3 it might drive you nuts by time is important with feelings because they’re a very complex thing
