Ayo I know a lot of you are still unable to work, but for those who are what do you do in this situation?
Basically I am a manger at a popular skate shop we have a young new hire and she likes me. I was like okay cool idc because it’s fine she’s young but today after work she helped me close because she was the only one available for schedule
So she’s like “I think you’re really cute and respectfully you’re exactly my type, would you like to go on a date sometime?”
So mind you it’s like 9 something there’s no one else left I’m alone with this child and she’s like asking me out and giving me the puppy eyes? So I’m like “I told you I was engaged “ but she was like you’re only doing it to cover the insurance cost for your friend which is true but still that s--- is like 2 months away
Now my question is do I keep record of this? I don’t want to because like I said I don’t care she’s 18 and this is her first retail job she doesn’t know any better but like dude what if I don’t and she later gets me fired or something like -
Lol I reported it and got moved to a new location farther away from my house and the employee got terminated

Update I will be back to my original location October 15. There is just paperwork they need to do and look into because they want to make sure nothing had previously gone on between us so my new location is temporary f--- Zumiez btw
