In VA, if someone's 18 and someone else is 16, are they or are they not allowed to legally date?
I can't get a straight answer from the places I check. It looks like they could but I'm not really sure. -
They can't. The age of consent in Virginia. They have Romeo and Juliet laws stating that minors that are 15, 16, and 17 can legally date, but it's illegal for someone 18 or above to date someone below 18

Yeah Romeo and Juliet laws are confusing and are different in every state
