I'm dating this girl
Yet I like someone else [who likes a douche]
I only asked her out because she had been following me for some time
And I wanted to see why
I want to break up with her but I don't want to hurt her
What do I do -
Be direct. Tell her you want to break up and explain why. Don't be underhanded about it or try to soften the blow; you'll just complicate things. Grow some balls and give it to her straight.
