How do you break up with someone who emotionally hurts you?
Lik3 I've tried so many times but then they start crying and I feel bad so I go back with them
But I've reached the limit

Just do it. When they start to cry, either walk away and let them work it out for themselves, or be there for them.

This has happened before but it got worse like she started clawing at my jeans and I was like if you really "loved" me like you say you wouldnt have cheated but like she gets really agressive and then starts screaming and calling me a f---tard then shes like im sorry im sorry i didnt mean it please dont leave

A) scqred for my life at that moment
And B) bad and uncomfortable because what if she really does care but just doesn't show it right?

I think over text might be easier for you to handle
if you text her, and then block her right after so her messages don't get to you
usually break ups are better done in person but for your own safety and stability text is probably better cos this girl sounds nuts -
