I think he might dislike me or feel uncomfortable around me.
I think I should start to dislike him,maybe he isn't for me. -
Maybe he is tricking me with his kindness and he wants to do something bad or weird or maybe you're right,maybe he wants to impress me

He is sometimes a bit shy and sometimes okay
And I really dont know why -
I don't know 'bout him. Maybe he does.
But I bet ya like him as hell. -

Ray Mic Mac NoviceSo this is kinda freaky. I know a dude who acts the same! Even down to the elbow shoulder thing! Well in your situation. This guy is curious but he's probably shy, or just awkward around attractive girls. I would check 2 see how he acts around other girls. It is concerning that he doesn't start convocation, but let me ask you this, does he ever act like you're not there? Like you walk up and say hi and he pretends that he didn't hear you? That's a sure sign that he doesn't like you... or you're too quiet.
So basically IDK if he like you. However it sound like he might, and if not maybe he's friend material.
