  And I have very low self confidence and every time I try to talk to him I stutter or make a fool out of myself. Help? (Also I can't refuse to do the dare we were doing a contest and she said loser has to ask their crush out and I agreed :l )

  Refuse. Tell her that. She can't peer pressure you. If she really X ares abit yo she won't force you to do this.
