  But for reasons unknown to me, I also like him. A lot actually, but so does my best friend and he actually knows her, and we hang out a lot, so he must know or he has ADHD, but he doesn't act like he knows me. I told my best friend I liked him too and she didn't talk to me until I said it was a joke. There's no hope for him in my life but what about her? She's going to get hurt and I can see it but she can't. What do I do?

  I have it and I don't do that to people.

  No, I mean either he deliberately ignores me, or he just doesn't pay attention. The ADHD thing is not meant to be offensive.
