as you can tell by my username, I'm a guy. i need help forgetting my ex-girlfriend so I can move on and be happy with my current girlfriend. my ex and I were close, at least I thought we were, but we kept having so many issues that they finally ended it and said they couldn't deal with me. trust me, i know that chick's a lost cause. but. I keep having nightmares about her and when I see her she makes my heart ache. i'm always thinking about her more so than my current girlfriend. I feel like she's teasing me with the fact that she's moved on to another guy in our school's football team. I'm already with a person who took me in knowing I was still on the edge. i want to forget about my ex so I can be happy. this pain is harmful on so many levels. I'm embarrassed to say this, but I need advice on how to forget her so this crap will stop. :( any help from any gender is ok.
