Firstly I am the youngest guy there, 19, and I work with 4 other colleagues, 1 dude who isn't important and 3 chicks who are, 21, 23 and 25 O.o
Anyway I get along with all these fine ladies just fine the 23 year old tends to talk a lot with me more than the others since mine and her office are next to each other.
Anyway when me and her are alone she talks and laughs and everything but when we are among the other ladies she will be all professional but certainly not harsh like "Kish I am busy don't come back here" etc
Once when a customer was asking "Its hot here, why is it so hot?" she responded "Because Kish is here and he is hot"
Also she is comfortable telling me that she won't be coming to work for 1 or 2 days because she is on her period O.O
Whats with the double personality? The other ladies don't hang around much with me but still come to chat with me when they can, so is Miss 23 year old ashamed of having feelings for a younger, attractive xD guy? O.o -
No. But, I think she is just more comfortable being her around you. She acts professional around the other women because she doesn't have that kind of relationship with them. That means she kinda trusts you already. You have a special women in your hands now, Kish.

Everyone acts differently in a work environment. I think she found a friend in you and doesn't act the same way with others because of how they might respond. She has confided within you a level of trust and friendship. Maybe even attraction.

When around others, one can act differently to, in your case, seem more professional. She feels like she needs to seem more 'serious' and 'professional' around the older age group because they are usually the more up tight and serious group. Since you are young, she feels like she can be more relaxed towards you. She obviously feels comfortable with you, so either she likes you, or she is just very expressive.
