So I like this guy. We met over the internet (and I know he is real.. DOnt worry.) He likes me too. Well we were kindaa talking and becoming a thing until his ex wants to be with him again.. A lot happens and theyre together again. The next day, they're not. Then, they are again.. And once again they aren't. Then, I disappear for a few days.. And when I come back, he's thinking about getting with his ex again. His ex is trying to talk to me and she's telling him she's mad about me because him and I flirt. So he tells me not to talk to her. He tells me that she will be mean.. So just leave her alone. And I do. But we get into this huge fight about her and him and in the middle of the fight he said she said they will not get back together this time. I say great and ask if him and I can just forget our arguement. He agrees...
But then he winds up deleting his contact with me, ignoring my snapchats, ignoring my emails, and all of it.. Until the next day he gets in contact again and says he isn't ready to talk. He says he has something more important happening and he just isn't ready to talk to me. He tells me he misses me and loves me.. Then that was it for the day. The next day (today) he acted civil to me in a group chat we were in.. But he won't private message me. What should I do?
Someone suggested just disappearing a few days and seeing hoe he reacts.. -

I think that you deserve someone better. If he wants to be with her, then let him be with her. You'll find someone better.

But it's just so complicated. He told me to ignore him until things got better. And I said I didn't want to. But after that I just kinda left and he asked if I was mad..
I know he cares but I just don't think he gets it.. Maybe I do deserve better but I really like him.
