Anonymousxox NewbieI'm "talking" (or whatever you call more than friends but not quite dating) to this kid. I'm 16 years old and very much a good girl, while he's 18 and has been to jail. He's sweet to me though...is it too crazy for us to be together or do you think it could work?

I don't think its illegal but make sure you know him well enough so you know that he wont hurt you or something.... *looks at he's been to jail at AGE 18!!!!*

Anonymousxox NewbieIt's not illegal here. And I'm not sure, I'm afraid to ask...it could be a touchy subject for him. I'm planning on bringing it up when the time is right.

Yes, just call him one day in the morning, make sure youre not home. Ask.

if he says he doesn't want to talk about say that you understand and just hang up, yes it must be touchy subject.

Ask what he was in jail for and then report back to us. If he was in jail for rape DO NOT DATE HIM....EVER!!!!
If he was in jail for stealing a grape I'm sure he's safe :) -
Anonymousxox NewbieIt definitely wasn't rape...it might have been drugs but I'm not sure. He goes to my school so I heard about it, I just can't remember. But I'll report back when I find out for sure.
