Dude, if you really have to try to not cheat, then it seems like you're not happy with your current relationship, and you may actually be leading your significant other on if you're no longer interested and that's pretty cruel.
Of course, I'm going off the assumption that you no longer care for the person you're with, now let's think of it this way now: This 'Luke' individual, is it just physical attraction; a 'crush', or do you genuinely have feelings for this person? From your descriptive, it seems like just a physical attraction.
If not, and you have feelings for both parties, then think of it this way: Who do you like more? Who are you more willing to be with? Who are you more willing to make it work with?
That's all I can say to you. I can only advise you not to cheat at this point. -
