I haven't been on here properly for a few years, but now seems as good a time as ever to come back. I had an art thread here 3 years ago, but I've improved since then, and posting art is always fun. I mostly do digital stuff + will mostly post sketches and doodles [since im mostly busy with school and life in general rn. lol] but I might have a few 'complete' pieces every once and a while
gonna start with a few doodles from recently
an oc from a year or two ago. his name is jude, and hes kind of a tech bro. way overqualified for any of the internships he signs up for, and easily exasperated; not a people person, but forced to be one [to varying results]. coffee and cigarettes are his lifeblood (although he's recently switched to vaping), and he hasnt slept for more than 4 hours at a time for the past how many years
an old oc from like... 2018 or so? her entire deal was that she obsessively looked at the world as a collection of cycles and predetermined destiny, and was more than content with the role she saw for herself. inspired by spirals a la uzumaki + mathmatic fractals like the dragon curve. presents herself as a force of nature, gods hand taking action, etc
he's no particular character, but is a common face i draw when im not sure What to draw. this bust is kind of super lopsided, but im using it as a base for a minor art project, and lopsidedness is nothing that cant be fixed. hope i can share the end product when its finished :)
im sure i have more 'completed' things on hand, but my alarm just went off and i should get back to my reading. thanks for checking this out!
