Art is ridiculous! So lame. Why do people even do it?!

And art’s a really broad category. It includes-
Sculpting
Digital art
All kinds of painting -
I don't hate it. But it takes up your time.

I used to really want to be great at art and stuff, but it takes AWHILE to actually figure out what you’re doing. Like anatomy was so hard and just this week it really clicked for me.

I’m not bad at art, I just don’t like it. It’s not that I don’t draw.
Art is more like a waste of time and money. You waste your money to buy all those brushes, different types of colors and other stuff. There are tons of more important things you can do instead of drawing. -
Actually not really.
I just use a sketchbook and a normal pencil, so it's not a waste.
Also, it does help me. I'm gifted (intellectual giftedness), and one of the ways I stimulate my brain is by drawing. -
And wouldn't this world just be a dismal place without art.
You certainly wouldn't have your profile pic
Your walls would be white and bare
There would be no patterns anywhere
There'd be no music at all whatsoever
No styles for anything
No books
No movies or tv shows
Just think about how much wouldn't be there if there was no art. -

Art is sometimes boring but it’s cool and fun to see the finished product
