Natalia's supposed to be cuffed by her wrists and ankles. She lost her balance and fell, that's why she's on the floor.
Cade, a guy from the government spying on Linnus betrayed her on a mission to assassinate the president by turning her in. He's framing her for the attempted assassination of the president. -
