No one? I need suggestions for a good site to paint digitally on. Or design characters on.

If there are no good websites then sure. The only program I have for drawing on my computer is Paint. It's not really good even though I'm good at using it. But it's better than nothing. I could ask my dad to get me a new program if you have any suggestions.
