I am not sure what brand i should look out for. I tried browsing through Michael's site but that just gave me a major overload. So much clay.. so many brands..
Any brand suggestions?
Also any other tips? :/
And steps? -
Personally I use Sculpey because that was the cheapest brand I was introduced to. The main site itself has great tips for how to use it. I've used it to make all of my little charms and figurines.
Tips and instructions can be found here;

thanks
And what about the hook thingys for necklaces? What are those called and how much are those? And when do you put those in? -
What I use are eye pins and jump rings. I put them in before baking the piece.
This is what Michaels has, so the length, type, and number you want make the price vary:

That's perfect. Thanks.
