I'm not good at drawing Digitally, and I would like to better myself as an artist. :D

Practice definitely helps a lot.
Try playing around a bit, and don't be afraid to use references or to look at examples of other people's art for ideas of how to make your art better.
I also recommend using lots of layers when doing digital art, so that any mistakes are easily fixed.
Oh, and I recommend that if you make a sketch layer, and then a final lined layer (like a colouring page), then you should make one of them a different colour (I usually make the sketch layer red).
I'm just starting to get into digital art myself, and by no means am I an expert. I probably forgot a lot of stuff, but these are the basics, I suppose? -

Also, use guidelines. They'll help you with anatomy quite a bit if you're looking to improve. And don't be ashamed because your art is "different". Everybody has their own style. Everyone's art is different. -

Ahhh... Sketchbook Express? From personal experience, I wouldn't use that one. You wanna know why? Check out some of the first pages of my art thread.
The tools are hard to use in my opinion, especially the brushes and erasers. Why don't you try out FireAlpaca? It's what I use and everything is much easier to figure out once you get the hang of it. Would you like the download link? Or no? -

Or you can't get paint tool sai or photoshop or whatever. -

I use Adobe Photoshop CC. It's the best thing out there. Probably the most expensive as well.
