  1. Get some clay.
  2. WEDGE IT BEFORE YOU START BUILDING AND SCULPTING.
  3. Cut it in half to see if there are no air bubbles. If there are, wedge again until you see no air bubbles.
  4. Build.
  
  There are also many techniques. Such as slab, coil, hallowing out. Pick which ever.
