Alright, I've finished Anne! I feel a little embarrassed by it, seeing that you guys are a lot better than me and I'm presenting my art to you ^^; Nonetheless, I hope that this is usable and to your satisfaction!

Also, the really sketchy lines along the edges of Anne's outfit and hair is for shading. The sketchy lines around her y-shaped wand-thingy is supposed to be the glow. The sparkles and circles with spikes around Anne are for decoration.
