  The only thing I would say to fix is the neck and shoulders. The shoulders seem a little low and not entirely parallel. The skin connecting the neck to the shoulders looks wonky as well. Also, it looks like the top half of her body is tipping over and may fall off any second. I suggest straightening her form a little bit.
  
  I love the dress, the hair and the face. The hands look decent. I can easily recognize her. Good job.
