I feel like it's easier to draw once I figure out how the bones and muscles work and stuff, and how it all fits together.

that's why I tell young artists to draw from real life if they can, because you won't match the fluidity of a moving person from a photo
also, this thing is great because it shows you how the muscles actually work -
I like that, thank you for showing it to me. ^_^
