  TBH I've been shot down already, there's nothing I could actually help you with from this distance.
  
  I can't bring you to a doctor. I can't pay for your doctor visits. I can't be there to hold you and tell you everything will be okay.
  
  The extent of my open arms don't reach past this digital highway. I can be moral support and little artsy things but I can't do anything constructive.
