  1. A shot rang out. A broad gate banged open. A pounding of horses' hooves echoed around the track like a missive clap of thunder. "And they're off" I look over a Sophia and Lucy Perri. Sophia adjusted the wide brim of her fathered hat. Lucy was wearing a butter-yellow bonnet. I moved over closer to hear what they were talking about "Glorious day of a race," Lucy said "Can you believe it's my first time on the tracks?" "Shut up" Sophia hissed
  2. "Lovely day, lovey sport" Jess said dryly "Pity we don't have a horse, isn't it Sophia?" "I said shut up," Sophia whispered. "Bite you tongue. There are spies everywhere" "You're paranoid" Jess said, Lucy let out a high giggle. A jolt of fear went though me, do they know I am a spy? No they can't know, that must just be a guess. A race then finshed. A loudspeaker announced the winners and the odds for the next race. People cheered. I look a peek around the conner to see a girl about nineteen. She had white-blond pony-tail, brown coat, and thick, dark sunglasses. Sophia stiffened. I know what that girl is, I have to get out of here. I straighten up and walk right past the girl. Showing no fear...I hope. I past a window and see my refection. My black kind hair, that's in a ponytail, Blue eyes that are almost black, wearing a shot blue dress and a blue hat. I didnt look like a spy at all, just another girl at the races. I keep walking out to my car, where I take the hat off and put on my black sunglasses. I open my phone, one message 'Get back home, NOW' I shut the phone and drive home.
  3. Before I go into my dorm, I pop a bit of gum in my mouth, and I snap my fingers and I am wearing jeans and a plain grey t-shirt. I open the door to see my room mate looking at a blank tv. I close the door behind me "What you watching," I ask "Is it anygood?" My roomate is Amy, she has thick blond hair, green eyes. She didn't turn her head to look at me. So I sit down next to her and take off my sunglasses "Oh, where have you been! I thought they got you" Amy hugged me. She was talking about this group that muder people. They are called Bloodies. No a very good name, if you ask me. Sophia, Lucy, Jess and that other girl are some of them. Amy is Only human so she isn't a threat. I shake my head "No. I am going to go to bed okay" I tell her. She stares at me while I go, it's only two in the afternoon. I put my gum in the bed and sit on my bed, hugging a pillow. It had only been a year since I became a spy. I don't work for anyone, I am my own spy. Three things, I know. One. Be ready, Two. Don't take too big of risks, Three. Never trust anyone
  4. -Next day- 9:50 am. I shut off my alram and drag myself out of bed. I get everything done and walk out to see no one. My life is loney, I sneak out the door. Walking to my car a hear footsteps following me. I walk faster than they grab my shoulder, I turn around and kick them. They fall to the ground and I see it's a guy I have never saw. He had dark blue hair that was almost black, dark blue eyes. He was wearing a plain black T-shirt and some dark blue jeans. He looked shocked "Wow," He said "I never knew a girl would do that" I started walk to my car "wait!" He said running after me. I stoped "What" I asked in annoyed tone "Want to go for coffee" He asked me. Coffee..."Coffee sounds good" I say smiling. I don't usually do this "Well can take my car" He offered "No, mine" I wanted to make sure this guy was not a creep
  5. We aririved at ______. We got a seat outside. "So, who are you?" I asked him. He studied me "Randy is the name, what about you" I looked him in the eye "Rose" He smiled "Well Rose, I sure we will get along just fine" He told me "What you mean" I shot right back at him. He smiled a cheeky smile "Your see," He said. It sounded like a threat but what he said next made me think about it more. "Thinking about why I asked you to coffee" That had crossed my mind "Yes, care to share" I asked. He let out another laugh. He nodded "Yes, I'll share," He looked into my eyes "Well I wanted to get to know you" He told me. "Are you a creep or something! I don't know you!" I told him, in anger "Well then help me get to know you" my anger faded and my face fell. I bit my lip then let out a smile "Okay, but you asked for it" He smiled....
  6. -At Four pm- I looked at the time, Randy and I had coffee, Moring tea, lunch, afternoon tea, together. I drove him back to where we met. I waved to him "Bye" I said. He smiled "Goodbye" he waved to me. I walked into my room to see Amy burring water. How do people to that, she is a really bad cook "Amy" I said helping her "What were you doing" I asked. She broke down into tears and hugged me "I had a nightmare last night" I almost laughed., she was 18 but that was the thing that made me also not laugh. I took her to my bed room and we sat down on my bed. She wiped her eyes that had gone glassly like. "It was horrible, I was standing in a garden smelling roses," she wiped her eyes again "Then a little boy ran into the garden, he looked like me but a boy version. He was only four. He wasn't fast, they...they killed him" She cried "Who did Amy" I asked shaking her shoulders "The bloodied, the Bloodies" Sje hugged me, I was about to leave her when she said "They are after something Rose, it isn't good. I can feel it," I didnt turn around so she went on "Be careful Rose" She told me, I nodded but didn't face her "I know" I Tell her. I walk out and shut the door.
  7. -Later- I tuck myself onto bed, before I turn off light, I think. If only I could tell Amy, tell her everything. Poor girl, she will never know. Randy on the other hand can't be truted. I just going to sleep and ingore the fact that I know Amy is going to die tonight. As I was foretold, she died a heart-attack. It was the only way to make sure she died in peace. I look at my light, before I turn it off I think ~Never look into the past....you never know what you will find~
