This is a very misleading quiz and promotes answers based on vagaries. I have read the measures, and m planning to vote "Yes" on O, and it told me otherwise. So I'm guessing that with the superficial look most people take at issues, the deliberate confusion that was caused by paid signature taker during the initiative phase, and with leading suggestion of the quiz, this quiz might also be paid for by developers who want to lead people to vote "no" on O. Other factors about the quiz lead me to the same conclusion.
