Do you need to lose weight?
There many healthy people, but few true MASTERS. It is quite hard to complete. Well, what makes up of a healthy persons diet? Fruit! Vegetable! All kinds of things! Okay, TBH I just stole this first paragraph from the example but instead of genius it's healthy people.
