  2. Now eat until you are full. Just when you think you are full eat twenty more bites.EDIT: if you don’t have access to food and/or don’t want to eat press skip
  3. Now drink three large glasses of water or hit skip
  4. Now do twenty five pushups
  5. Now think about the grossest thing you can imagine
  6. Now lean over where you are supposed to vomit and imagine yourself vomiting
  7. Now imagine eating the grossest food possible.
