Do you even understand how unlikely it is for someone to have red eyes? Forgetting for a moment that such a condition would cause someone to go blind unless they could somehow lower the amount of light that entered their eyes, the very chances of being born with them is limited only to people with Albinism. It's entirely unrealistic.
