  1. Sorry it took so long for me to make this...
  2. Well, Jack just said he likes me! :D
  3. We begin working on our project on some dumb World War 2 dude, when I began to bring up "So, you really like me, huh?" Jack nods. "Cool." I say, but on the inside I do my happy dance and start squealing like a little pig or something. And then the bell rings, and it's wonderful old lunchtime.
  4. I buy a bag of chips and a soda from the cafeteria (since my stepmom won't pack me a lunch and it's not like I'm gonna eat school food) and sit down at my usual table with Brooklyn. While I'm halfway through my bag of wonderful Doritos, I notice Jack randomly standing by the stupid broken water fountain. I tell Brooklyn I'll be right back, and go see him.
  5. "Hey," I say to Jack, who looks at me. "Um, what are you doing?" I ask, trying not to look stupid. "I don't have a freaking lunch, and I don't wanna buy the 'mini chicken taco munchies' barf in the cafeteria, so I thought I should stand here" he answers. Still trying not to look stupid, I answer "Do what I do: buy chips" He looks at me with an "uh, dur!" look in his eye, and strides over to the "snack bar." I try and catch up, mainly because I want to talk to him, but also because they have cookies (yay cookies!)
  6. Jack purchases some barbecue flavored chips and a Dr. pepper, and I buy some Oreos, and then I begin walking to my table. Jack follows me, and we enjoy our pathetic "lunches" with Brooklyn, who of course, has awesome Subway for lunch that her awesome mom brought.
  7. Lunch is soon over, and the rest of the day is soon over. Me and Jack and sometimes Brooklyn pass notes (mainly because our teaches only pay attention to the genius nerds in the front, not the peeps in the back with awesome hair and piercings) and soon it's time to go home. I go outside, and am surprised to see my stepmom in one of her fake tennis dresses (she doesn't really play tennis) talking to one of the neighborhood ladies. I, walking with Brooklyn and Jack, of course, walk up to her cautiously. She says hi to Brooklyn, grunts at me, and looks at Jack offendedly.
