Deadly Secrets, Beautiful Lies part 1

Quiz Image

I don't know if there is still an interest in story quizzes on here anymore, but I though that I would give one of them a shot. I know that I didn't finish, or even really start my last series, but that won't happen again. This time I actually have a computer to do it on.

This story will be about you starting out with a normal life, that soon gets turned into madness after meeting two brothers. You will go on adventures, learn new secrets, and maybe even fall in love. Anything is possible in my quizzes, so always expect the unexpected.

Are you ready for...
Our "When Will I Die" Quiz?

  1. What is your age?
  2. What is your gender?
  1. The bright, early morning, winter light began to shine brightly through the small cracks in the almost transparent, white curtains. This caused the room to be lit up instantly by the sunlight, which gave everything in the dark room a yellowish shine to it. Within a few more moments, an alarm began to go off filling the deafening silent room with loud, alternative music. The young, teenage girl began to shift around in between the black and white sheets of her bed. Quickly she got tangled in the sheets, which caused her to struggle to get out of bed. As she wiggled away from the sheets that engulfed her body, she ended up falling out of bed and hitting the floor; dragging all of the sheets down with her. This was a typical Monday, school morning for this particular girl, because this particular girl is you.
  2. You don't really have an exciting life, but you wouldn't say that your life is exactly boring either. It has it's moments when it is filled with typical, high school drama, which is usually about your best friend, though for the most part, it is pretty relaxed. You've grown up in the same small city for your whole life and have never moved once. True friends are something that you only have a few of, but your bonds with these people are unbreakable, so who needs tons of friends. Grades and relationships aren't your strong point, but you would say that your last relationship went really well, until he mysteriously disappeared. That is a different story though.
  3. (So moving on with your day). You quickly pushed yourself up and off of the floor, heading over to your iPod docking station, which you used as an alarm clock. With a swift motion of your hand, you pull your iPod off of the machine, causing the music to instant shut off. This allowed for your room to return to it's more peaceful and calm state that it was before. A soft sigh escaped your mouth, while you rubbed your eyes harshly to try and wake yourself up. After a little while longer, meaning an hour or so, you had yourself ready to go to school with one of your best outfits on. Realizing that you were running a little behind today, you quickly grabbed your backpack and rushed out the front door. "Gosh what took you so long?" you heard your friend say to you from the end of your driveway. Snow, your best friend, always walked with you to school.
  4. You don't respond to your friend, and instead simply begin to walk with her down the sidewalk towards the school. Fortunately the walk it short, since you aren't a fan of walking long distance, but who honestly is. Upon reaching the front gates of the school, you look around at all of the people who are walking around the front of it. Your eyes scan all of the people's faces, noticing that some are more familiar looking, while others, who you don't have classes with, are unknown to you. Immediately you find your eyes lay upon a male, one who is rather tall, allowing him to stick out from the rest of the crowd. The distance between you and him isn't great, which allows you to see his muscular jawline, his short, yet styled, brown hair, and his deep green eyes. After a little while of looking at him, you hear Snow shout, "Oh my gosh! Stop staring at that guy over there. I've been trying to talk to you the whole time."
  5. Within seconds of hearing your friends loud words, which catch a lot of unwanted attention, you quickly slap her on the arm. "Why would you say that?!" you ask her while keeping your eyes wide. Snow simply laughs off the hit and your words though, while she looks over at the male. "Maybe you should listen to me, because that is the guy I was talking about while you were ignoring me," she said with a soft laugh. You quickly shake your head and ask, "Really?" This causes her to simply walk away while nodding her head enthusiastically. "Wait!" you call after her, "What were you saying?" After you run to catch up with her, she explains to you that the guy suddenly began to get himself noticed within the last few days, but before that no one even knew he existed. Now there are rumors about him flooding throughout the school, and they aren't good either.
  6. The two of you continue to talk about the guy, who turns out to be named Phoenix, all the way to your first period. You learn that he normally is a really quiet and withdrawn type of guy, but has been seen during two fatal accidents recently. People are starting to believe that he has something to do with it, or is maybe even causing the accidents to happen. The even crazier rumors suggest that he might have some powers, but you brush that off as people simply joking around. All you know is that you have become extremely interested in this male suddenly, and that you have him in your first period class. Though he sat all the way in the back, so you never noticed him before. Deciding to make a bold decision, you sit next to him today, since you have a substitute teacher anyway.
  7. As soon as you sit down next to Phoenix, you notice that he seems to turn his head to look in the other direction, which you find to be quite rude. "Um...hi, Phoenix?" you say, hoping to get his attention somehow. This does indeed work, causing him to say, in his deeper voice, "How do you know my name? Have me met?" The way that he spoke sent chills through your skin, especially since he seemed concerned while asking the last question. "No, I just heard someone else say it-" you began to say, but were cut off by him asking, "You heard it through the millions of rumors that are being spread about me?" His words caught you off guard, causing you to try and find the correct words to say, "N-no, I mean, yeah I guess. Are they true?" "Do you believe them is a better question?" he asked her, avoiding the question altogether. "No," you reply honestly, which causes him to give a very sweet, teddy-bear-like, smile.
  8. You and Phoenix end up having a long conversation about purely random, everyday life things. The more that you talk to him, and the more that he smiles that gorgeous smile at you, the more you want to know about him. That is why when he offers to hang out with you after school, you immediately accept the offer. Not even caring about the fact that you barely know the male. His boyish charm is too much for you to resist. So as the rest of your school day flies by, all you can think about is Phoenix and hanging out with him. That is why you barely pay attention to much the rest of the day, except for in your last class period, since it seemed like it dragged on for way longer than usual.
  9. When your class finally ends, you practically jog out of the classroom and down the hallway. You had never been so excited to hang out with someone in your whole entire life. You don't know what has come over you, but it is an overwhelming amount of emotions that you don't know if you can handle. As you make your way to the parking lot, where Phoenix said he would meet you, a bright smile is covering your face. While you wait there, watching people come and go, you sit down on the curb. Seconds quickly turn into minutes, and minutes eventually turn into an hour, but you are still left there waiting on him. Soon you began to think that you have been stood up, when Phoenix pulls up out of nowhere in his black Mustang. "Way to keep me waiting!" you say to him while getting in the car. "Sorry, I got caught up with something dealing with my brother," Phoenix said before driving out of the parking lot and towards his house.
  10. Within a few moments, the two of you make it back to his place, which is one of the biggest houses in the neighborhood. As you get out of his car, your eyes look up at his place in amazement. You certainly weren't rich, in fact, in this neighborhood you were considered almost poor. So this put your house instantly to shame. "Stop staring," he said, before taking your hand and pulling you inside of his house. Once he pulled you in the front door, he quickly let go off your hand and said before disappearing upstairs, "Wait here, and don't worry no one will bother you, because no one is home." You simply nodded your head and walked around the first floor of his house; your eyes analyzing everything that caught your eye. The house soon grew eerily quiet while you wait for Phoenix to return, but you brushed off the feeling. It took a lot to scare or worry you, so you tended to brush most things off. *I seem to always be waiting on him,* you thought to yourself, while picking up something made out of glass. "Hello," you suddenly heard a male voice say behind you, causing you to drop the glass object you held in your hand. Glass shattered everywhere around your feet, while you turned around to face who had spoken.
  11. Well that is the end of part one, and yes I know that it needs a lot more excitement, but most stories don't start off with you already in the action. Anyway, tell me if I should make the second part. I promise I won't disappear like last time...
