  1. What is your age?
  2. What is your gender?
  1. It is the day of the reaping. Your mother walks you and dad down to the town square, where people are already gathering. In spite of this however, you can see that you are one of the first people to be there. The cracked white marble beneath your feet shimmers in the light as you await the approach of further district citizens. We should establish a few details about you. First off, what district are you from?
  2. Now, finally, after a long, long wait at least eight hundred of you are gathered together in the clearing, huddled like a frightened herd of sheep. But really, that is what you are, after all, isn't it? Scum? The play things of the capitol? Little lambs hugging close to mummy? You scowl as the capitol representative steps up onto her pedastal. Another thing, what is your personality?
  3. Ok. You can feel your teeth chatter and your knuckles shake in fear as the capital representative reaches a dainty fist into the glass orb and you close your eyes as her fingers close around a solitary piece of paper. The name you ring sends terror ringing through your veins- it is you. How do you react to this unfortunate happening?
  4. The capital representative, however you must of act shoots you a curt look. There is a moment of awkward silence before she clears her throat with a polite *ahem* and pats you on the back, meanwhile shoving you forward with her other hand. You have to admit, she is quite strong for somebody her size. The whole square falls silent and you realise a moment too late that they are all waiting for you too say something. A perfect (or not so perfect) moment ruined by your ignorance. You are still fumbling with your lack of speech when the capital spokesman shoved you out of the way to cover for you. "Ladies and gentlemen, introducing this nice young lady, girl tribute of the hunger games! Would you like to tell us all your name?" she chimes to you in her silly capitol accent. So, what are you going to tell her *ahem* the crowd your name is then?
  5. The representative chokes and splutters a little and you glare dissaprovingly at her- it is clear that she thinks your name is a joke. Never the less, despite this plain fact, she recovers, taking her place next to you and says in a chirpy voice, "What a lovely name!" And then you are flicked aside as if you were something that came out of the blue so that they can choose the boys name. The name that is called shocks you more then anything, because the boy who is called is...
  6. You stumble slightly as you hear the name and you look down at the crowd as the person that you love most comes crawling through the crowd, his eyes filled with dismay and horror. You, yourself are look crestfallen. Now, not only are they throwing you into their games, they are dragging your friend along with you. All the same, all the kicking and punching in the world wouldn't make a difference and so, two seconds later you are in a train cabin being kissed goodbye by your family and given little tokens to take with you. You appreciate the publicity that you are recieving but a part of you wishes that it would all just end and go away. Finally, the peacekeepers drag the last person out of your train compartment and leave you to examine your large stock of gifts. In it, you find a blunt silver knife with a jagged, hooked edge that you might be able to smuggle in if you are clever, a small pearl necklace, an eight ball, an arrow pin, red in colour, a small pouch full of sugar and the most spectacular dress that you have ever laid your eyes upon. Which of these presents appeals to you the most?
  7. You slip whatever gift you have chosen into your pocket, even if it requires stuffing it in and sit down in your carriage to wait for the train to start moving. Five minutes later, you hear the soft chug-chug of the engine and you know that you are off. You wave good bye to your parents and friends and then they fade into the distance, leaving you behind. Soon you will be in the capitol, you think to yourself. Drinking their tea and chewing on their fancy foods. You can hardly wait for a nice warm bed or a hot shower but while you wait for the train to arrive at the capitol's train station you decide to go outside your compartment and have a look around for some people might make good alliances. Three people catch your eye. In the first compartment you can see a strong, heavily built man who looks a lot older then he actually is. Scars run down his face and he already has a stubble. In the second compartment you can see a quiet young girl with shifty eyes; possibly a quiet, yet cunning companion. The third girl who you see seems full of energy and ready to take on the world if she has to. She also seems the type who never wants to give up. Who appeals to you the most as an ally?
  8. The slowing of the train's engine alerts you that you have arrived. The moment you step off you feel the sunlight dapple your face and warm your hands and knees, and then you are following the others. Five minutes later, you are standing there, stark naked as your stylist team examines you from head to toe, ripping away your hair with fabric every moment or so.Some how, miraculously you survive the torture only to be faced by more s*** at your stylist enters the room, dressed in a flowing blue dress matching her oak brown hair, tied back in a bun with a sparkling blue ribbon. She has blue eyes and wears tiny spectacles, and smiles kindly at you. "Lets get started, shall we?" she says. You don't reply. Your still awe strucked by how normal she seems in comparison to the other capitol people that you have seen around here. "Um," you mutter. "You are capitol, right?" Your stylist lets out a snort as if it is the funniest question she has ever heard and spins you around to face her. She then strips you down to your underwear and pulls out the costume that you will be wearing on your chariot ride. What does it look like?
  9. After you climb in and out of your costume once again, you follow the other tributes into the capitol building where you are seated at a large dining table and served platters of the richest, most filling food you have ever tasted. Apple pies, sponge cakes, beef smothered in gravy and mixed with steamed vegetables... your in heaven. But then you are called into your rooms to get some sleep so that your not exhausted for training and you remember where you are. This is not heaven. This is a slaughter factory. And you look like your on the list. The following day you meet your mentor, Mr. Flennal. He gives you a curt nod of his head and you meet with him in the training room ten minutes later for your first session. What do you get the highest marks on?
  10. Several days pass, all of them uneventful until finally it is time to show off your skills to the game makers. You step into the large hall, feeling quite nervous. What if they rank you a one? Or even give you a zero? You give a sigh and let out last shudder before finally facing your judges. What approach do you take as you prove to them your skill?
  11. Finally, it is the day of your interview. Your stylist and you meet once more and you nearly faint when you see what she carries in her hands: a satin blue dress, that seems to fade away at your very touch, coated with large chains of pearls and coated with glowing blue specks is folded neatly in her grip- your costume for the interviews. Uncertain that you should wear the fragile satin of the dress, you very carefully tug it onto you and are quite pleased when you find that it fits nicely. You listen for your name as the other tributes are called out and finally yours comes up, and you hop onto the stage draped in flowing gowns of blue and grey, recieving lots of oooohs and ahhhs from the audience. That reminds me, while your on the stage, what approach do you happen to be going for?
  12. The interviews finish, the day comes and goes and your shaking all over as you image the games and you widen your eyes at the prospect that the games start tommorow. There is one difference between this year and all the other years though; this time you won't be the viewer- you'll be the VICTIM. You climb into bed, anticipating whats to come. The following day, you step into the tubular lift and as you are risen into the arena, you focus on the sad memories of your family. Tears nearly spring to your eyes but you wipe them away immediately and one minute later the pistol sounds and you are charging off across the pale green grass towards the cornucopia, where an array of items have caught your eye. Out of the following, which item that you have seen appeals to you the most?
  13. You rush towards the forest, hastily stuffing whatever you collected (if anything) from the cornucopia into your belt and pockets as you run on a wild goose chase to escape the blood bath. You hear panting behind you and turn to see one of the younger, more foolish tributes running after you. They look red and sickly and seem to be running out of breath unusually quickly. You could kill them easily. Do you kill him or not?
  14. Regardless of whether you killed the boy or not, he is gone. You continue on into the forest for a couple of hours before you find a nice little spring you can drink from and decide to rest there and examine everything that you got.
  15. That night you nestle into a comfortable position and keep an ear out for the anthem. Evntually, it comes and the faces of those that have died light up in the sky- you count 14- fourteen dead, already. You close your eyes and struggle to fall asleep, only to be awoken at dawn by a searing heat against your face. You wake up and gape in shock and horror as you see the red blaze bubbling towards you- manifactured lava, carefully designed to drive you from your safe spot. Well, your only option is to run, of course, so, how fast a runner are you?
  16. You allow yourself a sigh of relief as you hear the lava burn and fade behind you, connected with an underlying sense of dread as you realise that you have just lost all of your resources. No wait. You look down at your hand. There is one solitary item left there. What is it?
  17. Looking for safety, you venture up a tree and set up camp there. Then, you fall asleep on the rough, rigid bark, stressed out. The whole games has gone far too quickly for you. The last thing you hear before you fade into sleep for a second time that night is a blood-curdling scream from way off over the horizon, yet you are far too sleepy to care. You fade into unconsciousness, nice and relaxed. When morning comes, you are about to climb down from the tree when suddenly you get the shock of your life. Beneath you is the tough guy that you saw on the train, yet it doesn't look as if he has seen you yet. What do you do?
  18. After you and the boy find each other, you have a pretty nasty fight that makes it clear that he has no intention of becoming your ally. Finally you manage to shoot/stab him through the heart, hence winning the battle but you are wounded greatly in one ankle and maimed and bloodied. Two seconds later the cannon sounds and a hover craft appears out of nowhere to collect his discarded corpse. Eight, you think. Only eight of us left. You figure the person you heard screaming is dead, as well. Its logical that you missed her cannon because you fell asleep literally right after hearing her shriek. Leaving your stuff propped up in the tree you decide to venture out a little further... to where do you go?
  19. Almost as soon as you reach your destination you find three people waiting for you- you arrive just in time to see the fourth get a spear through his stomache. You gasp and immediately swing a mouth to your and but it is too late- alrady they are after you, investigating the source of the noise and it doesn't take them at all long to find you, cowering feebly behind some local bushes. Cussing and yelling insults they draw their weapons and you reach for yours just as the expected cannon fires. What is the tactic that you will use?
  20. You wipe off sweat from your brow and attend to your shivering wounds with bandages and gauze as you listen to the three cannon shots, one after another, firing into the air. Throughout the rest of the day you hear two more shots, signalling the death of more tributes and you stagger back at the realization that there are now only three of you left, including you. Do you proceed to track down the others?
  21. Later that day a flood comes crashing down on the exact same place as you were resting, the only thing that remains are your weapons and you guess the capitol manifactured it to work that way. Grumbling, you take your weapon and head in the general direction, towrads where you guess that the remaining tributes will be. They are there alright, and the battle that follows is legendary and a day nobody will forget. Bloodied, mutilated incisions open up in your legs, arms and head ... will you survive the gore, or not?
