How did I get all 100%? XD

First of all, I don't want kids at all. That's right, zilch. Secondly, I've no "best friend" nor an acquaintance by the handle of Gaby. Thirdly, I sure as hell am not planning to be married, especially not to someone named Josh. Lastly, even if I did have kids, I would name them something more unique, y'know?

To improve your quiz, perhaps you should add less child-oriented questions and less specific results. For instance, you can simply say "You will be married to someone appealing and live a mellow life." instead of "You will have 3 kids named etc, etc, etc, and Josh proposed to you with a ring, you like the ring, you like a dress you picked out with Gaby, you live in a cottage blah blah blah..."

So, yeah. Not good for a first try, but definitely not good, either.
