Sakura could sense something wasn't right. She simply nodded and turned to Solomon, who was eating the mouse like he had never eaten before.

Toshiro finished sorting the berries and then he got up and went outside

Sakura watched after Toshiro, too tired to get up herself.

Toshiro walked in to the foresr to look for more food, his moments stiff and slow

Sakura slowly fell asleep again, Solomon curling up by her chest.

Toshiro found some more berries and picked them before slowly walking back to the cave

Sakura stirred in her sleep. A dream slowly crept up on her and pounced. She saw Toshiro as a young boy, giggling at their father and mother. She saw the adoring look in her mother's eyes and the proud in her father's. She smiled in her slumber.

toshiro smiled tiredly at her and started sorting the berries he had gathered

The sunny dream soon turned black. Blood spattered across Sakura's dream vision as she saw her own Father take his life. She whimpered in her sleep. A ghostly figure rose above her, opening his mouth like a steel trap. Her heart raced. She saw her mother lying dead on the ground, her pale face haunting. Her breathing heaved. Her father's body lay before her, blood pouring from severe wounds. She screamed, scaring Solomon, before vomiting violently on the ground beside her.

toshiro looked at her in worrie before he got up and walked over to her

Sakura wiped her mouth, coughing slightly. She slowly pinned her hair back and sat, shivering and sick.

toshiro went over to a small hole in the wall and pulled out some leaves before walking over to his sister "here, eat those. they should help

Sakura shakily took the leaves in one hand and looked at them. She reluctantly shoved them in her mouth and chewed, gagging at the taste. She swallowed, shivering as the leaves went down.

toshiro smile tiredly before walking backe over to his berry pile

Sakura curled up slowly, stroking Solomon for comfort.
*BANG*
Sakura awoke to the sharp sound of gunshot.
*BANG, BANG*
They were getting closer.
Panic shot through Sakura, leaving her paralysed and still.
