Okie Banana, I have a sort of idea I made not to long ago, if you'd like to hear it.
That's been brought up countless times, but GTQ Guy hasn't replied to any of our suggestions on this matter. And rp stands for roleplay. -

Horrible experiments have been going on right under the public's noses. Men in dark clothes roam the streets at night, keeping a watchful eye for any lone wanderers. These wanderers are then taken to labs under, literally under, the city. There, scientists working for a mysterious Mr. Yes do all sorts of horrid things to their bodies and minds. Most are either put down or do it themselves. The select few that don't are trained as human weapons, made to act mindlessly and obiediantly for Mr. Yes.
