District 5: Power (electric, solar, nuclear,etc.)
District 6: Transportation
District 7: Lumber
District 8: Textiles
District 9: Grain
District 10: Livestock
District 11: Agriculture
District 12: Mining
Tell me which one you want to be and I'll give you the description. -

Power: that district is the one that controls all the power in all of Panem.
Technology: this district is the one who sets up all the tv shows and keeps the computers connected. They make all the electronic gadget stuff.
Luxury: they are the ones that make all the pretty stuff that beautifys the Capitol and it's residents.
Masonry: they are the ones who make the metal and steel and they are specifically known for their strength. -
