She will follow through. She's not being spotty to spite you, it's just who she is as a person. If she's busy tomorrow you can just see her another day, it's not like you don't have time.
They will get the stuff down from the granny shack so you can decorate. Just ask them again this evening when they get home. It's okay that you can't go in there because of the wasps, it's okay to let the boys do some of the heavy lifting and climbing up a scary trap-door ladder. Dad even said they could help me, and it's for a good thing so it's okay. It's one little thing I can't do and that's alright.
If it stresses you out you can just remove it anx delete the conversation. No need to get worked up, it's probably something important, no fight is being picked, nothing malicious is going on. Hear it out, be logical, don't respond right away. Especially if it does stress you out. Just be an adult about it, you know how to communicate effectively, it'll be fine.
