um, if she's in an environment where she's exposed to horrendous things then I think it would be basic common sense to take them out of it, whether it is their choice or not
if it's unbearable living conditions and a parental guardian drunk in their own conceited land of no self-awareness and lunacy I think it would be in someone's right mind to force them out of that environment before they soak it in, just saying
it takes someone with an IQ over 80 to logically comprehend that
you pretty much already answered your own question with your own reasons
