Alrighty.
The method I use is torrenting.
First you'd need to download a BitTorrent client. I use uTorrent.

TPB is the torrent site I use most, and the one I'd recommend. In the event that you can't find your movie there, though, this one is pretty good as a backup.

My biggest concern is that you're gonna download something malicious and destroy your computer, so this is my disclaimer: Be careful. Check comments, check ratings, check the files in the torrents. I've had to restore my computer a few times being careless with these things.
