I got like, 1163 overall. Uhm.. 663 on the reading/writing, 500 on math. I'm not sure what those numbers mean??

For reading, you did better than 97% of other takers, meaning you got a 97. For math, you did better than 69% of other takes, meaning you got a 69 ;)))))

according to google, the highest score you can get is 1520
and 1163 may be in the top 25% it says so i think that's good -

I'm just gonna try hard on the SAT. -
1163 is really good!! Especially on the psat, most people get around 1000-1100 on that and then your score on the sat will be higher
