I definitely do not NEED diapers, but I wear them 24/7 because I prefer wetting and messing my diaper instead of the toilet. I piss and mess my diaper whenever and wherever I need to, as I have messed my diaper in malls, in school, and even during an AP Exam (that was fun). When I need to go, I just push and I just deal with and enjoy whatever comes out. I like sitting in my full diaper for a little while until I have time to change. I pretty much use my diaper 24/7.
