  1. It’s cold. That’s the first thing you notice as you warily blink your eyes, groaning in pain as you adjust to the sunlight. Everything is so bright, it hurts. It hurts-You try to stand up, but find that your legs feel numb, almost like you can’t control them.You flip back on the ground I defeat, and realize just how cold it is for the first time. It’s VERY cold, you think you might just fall back asleep… The snow is kind of comfortable- Maybe you should-Just go to sleep…Yeah.You start to close your eyes, when you suddenly feel someone worriedly feeling your pulse. You want to open your eyes to see them, open your mouth to talk to them, but you can’t-So cold. So numb.You then feel lips against yours, and air being breathed into your lungs, fingers carefully pinching your nose. Someone is trying to give you CPR-You wake up after the first chest compression, and sit up to stare at your savior with wide eyes. A blue hedgehog, with a relieved smile on his face is standing above you.Wait-He technically- Kissed you, right?
  2. “W-Who are you?” You rasp, finding it a bit hard to talk as your voice is so hoarse. You cough a few times, and the hedgehog looks at you nervously before he stands up and offers you his hand with a smile, “Name’s Sonic. And you are? I’ve never seen you around here before.” “Um-“ You take his hand, blinking away the fogginess in your head as you answer, “I’m Y/N… Do you- Do you know where in the world we are?”“Huh? Oh, you’re on Mobius. In Green Hills,” Sonic explains, walking backward in front of you as he leads you to somewhere.Sonic stares at you as you walk, and then he asks, “I mean- Aren’t you from here? You are a mobian after all.""What?" You raise an eyebrow, looking confused before you start laughing, thinking that this is CLEARLY a joke, "No. I'm human, obviously-"Sonic stares at you, and you begin to worry as he laughs awkwardly and points finger guns at you, starting to explain slowly as if you're a child, "Yeah- Uh, I don't know how to tell you this but uhhhhh- You should look in a mirror."The fogginess in your head and the entire situation is forgotten about, you stare at Sonic with your mouth agape, "No- No, nononononono-!"You look down at your hands and scream,…
  3. “I need to sit down-“ You mumble, feeling a bit lightheaded from the sudden rush of information. Your legs feel like they’re about to buckle, and as you stumble backward Sonic acts quickly and scoops you into his arms. “Okay, just calm down! My buddy tails is the smartest guy in allll of Mobius. Just come with me and we can fix this!” Sonic promises, and you nibble on your bottom lip before you slowly nod your head.Answers. You need answers.“Let’s go…” You murmur, and Sonic grins before he adjusts his grip on you and shoots you a waaaay overconfident smirk, “Hold on, not everyone can handle my speed-“You shoot him a look, and then you Yelp and clutch onto him tightly as he takes off, running at speeds that you didn’t think possibly for a hedgehog.“OooOoOoKAY!” You scream, holding on tighter as Sonic chuckles and speeds up.
  4. Sonic runs with you for a bit more before you finally arrive at Sonic HQ. He then sets you down and runs toward the door, opening it with a greatly exaggerated bow, “Aaafter you~” You shake your head with a laugh and walk inside, immediately feeling out of place as a few girls stare you dead in the eyeballs.You make out a tiny little rabbit girl, with cream and brown fur. She’s staring up at you with big eyes, and holding some sort of creature with even BIGGER eyes. She looks young.Next to her, is a purple cat creature, who is looking at you suspiciously. She turns to look at a pink hedgehog, who gives you a once over and then looks at Sonic, who stands beside you.“Sonic- Who is she?” The pink hedgehog chirps, looking way too cheerful as she gets awfully close to Sonic.The blue hedgehog chuckles awkwardly, and then gestures to you proudly, “A random hedgehog I found in the woods!”Everyone stares at you, and Sonic laughs before he explains in further detail, “Okay, okay. Basically, she was human, or something, and I found her in the woods, transformed into a hedgehog. We’re hoping Tails can help her out.”The girls stare at you, and the pink hedgehog smiles as she seems to let her…
  5. “Makeover time! Makeover time!” Cream chants as she she bounces up the stairs, and you find yourself feeling more relaxed as you let out a chuckle. Following her and Amy, you finally make your way to a VERY pink room, which you assume either belongs to the little girl or to the pink hedgehog.Either way, it suits them.Amy sits you down at a vanity, and for the first 20 minutes or so she fixed up your hair and makeup, (which you told her really didn’t matter but she argued with you about it until you gave in.)Your hair is now untangled, and your face is now cleaned off and looking much nicer than before. You’re about to thank Amy for all she’s done when she shakes her head, “Uh, uh, uh. You NEED new clothes, they’re all dirty! And sopping wet!”You look down at your clothes and nod weakly, it kind of does look like you’re wearing a wet potato sack.Amy steers you toward her closet, and hollers at you as she closes the door, “Pick anything you’d like! Except from my dresser, but everything hanging up you can use!”She stops talking, and you wander around in the closet as you look for what to wear…
  6. “Ms. Y/N, you look so pretty!” Cream chirps as you walk out of the closet, and Amy gasps and beams at you as she says, “I haven’t seen that outfit in so long! You look so cute in it!” You beam, telling her thank you, and then you laugh as Cream instructs you to give her a little princess twirl.Once you’re done with that, Amy starts to pull you down the stairs, followed by Cream who is clutching onto your hand, “Okay, so, the boys…. are a bit crazy. Just stick with me, and everything will be fine!”“Crazy?” You ask, which is followed by a nod from Amy.You look down at Cream, who just shrugs, and you give her a smile before you start to follow Amy into the kitchen.YYou then hear what sounds like a loud CRASH! And you start to wonder if maybe Amy is right and the boys ARE, in fact, crazy.
  7. You walk into the kitchen, and you’re instantly overwhelmed by the chaos. A black and red hedgehog and a red echidna are deep in an argument in the far corner of the room, which is seeming to get the red guy angry as he punched a freaking hole into the wall.In the kitchen, a little orange fox is struggling to cook dinner, avoiding giant sweeps of a crocodiles tail as a purple chameleon tries to get a glass of water.Sonic is in the other corner of the room, and he’s currently trying to get away from a weird green bird as Blaze just watches from her spot in a chair.You try to back out of the room, but it’s too late as Amy yells to get everyone’s attention, “GUYS.”It goes silent, and you find your face heating up in embarrassment as you suddenly regret coming here. They all look very intimidating, especially the guy who punched a freaking hole in the wall.“This is Y/N,” Amy introduces you, and you bounce awkwardly on the balls of your feet as you send everyone a wary smile, “Hi.”

After it’s silent for a second, everyone says hi at once, and then you squeak as Amy drags you through the kitchen and introduces you to everybody. “You already know Sonic,” Amy drawls out, hearts practically forming in her eyes.Sonic chuckles awkwardly and then nods, pointing at his chest, “Yup, that’s me.”You grin, about to talk to him when the green bird gets up in your face with a disgusting smirk on his face, “Aren’t you a pretty thing… Name’s Jet, wanna come back to my room~?”“Uh-“ You start, smiling politely at him and then breathing a sigh of relief as Amy pulls you away and apologizes. She then leads you toward the echidna and the other hedgehog, and you wave at them.“Thats Knuckles,” Amy gestures to the echidna, her gives you a look and then nods his head in greeting, “Hey.”“And that’s Shadow,” Amy points at the black and red hedgehog next, her narrows his eyes at you and then slowly nods his head. You say goodbye to both of them, and then move to the kitchen.“That’s Tail’s,” Amy points to the Fox, who gives you an energetic little wave before he squeaks as something starts burning on the stove, “He’s uh- Very overworked right now.”“And that over there is Vector, and…
  9. After introductions you all sit down at the table for lunch, and you thank Tails for making the food, which makes his little tails twirl rapidly. As everyone sits down, Sonic informs them of the matter at hand, and everyone immediately goes serious as they start brainstorming on what to do.“Well… I think I should go into the woods and investigate the spot you found Y/N,” Tails mumbles, sitting down and finally eating his food as he waves his hand around, “She can come too if she wants, I’m just going to look for clues.”Sonic nods, and then he stands up and gestures to himself, “I’m going to go a bit farther than that. I’m going to look EVERYWHERE. I’m sure I’ll find something eventually.”Knuckles looks up at Sonic, and then inhales his entire burrito as he then says, “I’ll go on a mission. Look for badnik. Somebody’s gotta give it to them-““Okay… Well, the ACTUAL detectives will go to the CDA to look for REAL clues,” Vector boasts, before looking at Tails, “No offense, buddy.”“None taken,” Tails shrugs, eating his food.“While you’re all out looking for dead ends, I’m going off by myself,” Shadow mumbles, and says absolutely nothing else on the matter, standing up from the table to…
