*Recap* You were in a battle with RiverClan. Eagleclaw, back then Eaglepaw, attacked who he thought was a RiverClan queen. It was really Frostberry, a ThunderClan queen. She gave birth to 4 kits, but only Mosskit survived. Then, ThunderClan retreated, because of Mosskit. Frostberry died.

  1. “Eagleclaw! Eagleclaw! Eagleclaw!” The clan chanted. It was his warrior ceremony. He had fought bravely against some rogues on a border patrol. What do you do?
  2. Whatever you do, the deputy, Clovertail, stops you. Clovertail was a pretty tortoiseshell she-cat, just like your mother. She says, “Hi, Dawnflower! Today, you will be doing a hunting patrol with Eagleclaw before his vigil. Thanks!” Clovertail went away to talk to Willowstar. You walk over to Eagleclaw.
  3. You walk off in 1 direction, and Eagleclaw walks in the other. Suddenly, SNAP! CRACK! Your clan comes into the forest, fighting 2 foxes. Clovertail’s dead body falls to the ground.
  4. "No! Clovertail!" Your cry froze in the night air like icicles hanging from a tree. The world seemed to freeze; every cat's slash of a claw and yowl of outrage at the foxes seemed to go by in slow motion. Feeling dizzy, you stumbled backwards--or was it forward, you weren't sure anymore. Slowly the cats turned towards you, then the foxes. Your legs felt heavy . . . They wouldn't hold your weight anymore . . . You felt them buckle underneath you, and the last thing you saw a was one of the foxes clamping his jaws on your hind leg, and the last thing you heard was a sickening SNAP! of bones as you sank into blackness.
  5. “Dawnflower, Dawnflower, wake up . . .” You looked up at the voice of a she-cat. You were walking in the stars. Were you . . .? "______?" you utter out the name of your crush. (if you don't have one, ask the name of any random deceased cat.) A purr of amusement came from the cat. "No, Honeypaw. This is Clovertail." She laid her muzzle on your head. "It is not your time yet, little one. You have a long future ahead of you--" her gaze flickered to your hind leg, which immediately brought back the ache, "--but that future will be hard. Go now, Dawnflower. I will see you again. In the moons to come, remember me."
  6. You woke to the sound of two cats arguing: your ears pricked as you heard the voices: Sunfur and Poisonfang. Your lip curled in disgust at the she-cat's show-off voice. She was your arch enemy--even more hated than Reedwhisker(the RiverClan tom, he will play a big role in the next quiz)--and as you listened to the conversation bouncing back and forth. "Yes, but /she's/ just a cripple. Have you seen her mangled leg?" That was Poisonfang You eyes flicked to your hind leg, and saw the bloody mess. You immediately looked away. Nothing had been bit off but fur--luckily--but still, it was a gory sight to see on your golden tabby fur. You heard Sunfur's reply: "I don't care. She's still beautiful, inside and out."
  7. "No she isn't!" Poisonfang growled. "All she is is a worthless, bloody mess who doesn't deserve to live! Maybe she's dead right now! You know how she is--talking about prophecies, x_______x(you know the drill!) who died long ago, Clovertail and Frostberry, revenge, Snakeheart, whoever that may be, the Dark Forest, Darkrose, and complete gibberish!" You blink. The first few insults were way out of your head. *Prophecy?*
  8. You heard crunching leaves as Sunfur spoke: either he was going muzzle-to-muzzle with Curltail or backing away from her in disgust. "I don't care about your opinion, fish guts." He then walked over to the medicine den, calling into there. "Nightpelt! Hailpaw! Is she awake yet?" You heard a rustle as Hailpaw got up. "My waking routine for the first few days," he said with a grumble, then his eyes landed on you and they widened. "Hailpaw!" he practically shouted. "She's awake!" Sunfur burst into the den, nearly running into you. Eagleclaw and a new cat came in a second later.
  9. “Actually, I’m not Hailpaw anymore, I’m Hailspark!” he said. The new cat comes and sits beside you. “Hello Dawnflower, I’m Shadewillow. Eagleclaw here found me in the forest and Willowstar invited me to join ThunderClan. I said yes, and here I am!” You surveyed Shadewillow. He was a black tom with emerald green eyes.
  10. *12 hours later* It was night, and you drifted off to sleep. You wake up--yet again--in your sleep that night, feeling a breath close to your ear. You whip around. "Clovertail?" you stammer. She has stars in her fur now, and the young cat shining in her eyes was nothing like when you last saw her. "You're--you're in StarClan?" You didn't want to say dead--that wasn't true--but there was nothing else to say. "Yes, little one," Clovertail said. You nodded.
  11. Clovertail’s eyes grew serious. "I wasn't here to tell you I'm dead, I'm here to give you a warning." You look at her nervously. Clovertail continues: "Beware the monster with the poisoned fangs, the kinked eyes, and the cat who could've made you different lead by its snake heart."(Credit to Pathbreeze for the prophecy!)
  12. "..." You look at Clovertail with your head tilted and your eyes closed. Poisonfang's anger, the stories of Kinkeyes and x_______x . . . But the Snake Heart? You jump as everything goes black and you wake up.
  13. "Hailspark!" you call, and wince as your leg shifts. He rushes over, several leaves and cobwebs on his pelt. "Yes? Dawnflower, don't move that leg. It's broken." Your fears were confirmed, but you still had to tell him: "Hailpaw . . . I got a message from StarClan." He stares at you, open mouthed. "What? NIGHTPELT!" he yowled at his mentor. Nightpelt raced over, slipped on the herbs, and stumbled the rest of the way."Yes, Hailspark?" she asked with a huff. He burst out, "Dawnflower received an omen!" You glare at him. "Prophecy," you corrected. Dawnflower looked at you and Hailspark, his eyes wide. "Was it the one of . . .?" Hailspark shook his head. "I don't know. Honeypaw?" he asked, clearly signaling for you to speak. You told them the warning. Nightpelt blinked. "They're connected," she meowed slowly.
  14. "What?" you ask. "What's the 'prophecy of?'" Nightpelt sighed. "Don't tell anyone . . ." Then she recited the words of a prophecy. "Create a miracle with these marks, Flower of Dawn, Hail of Sparks. Create a guardian with these things, Jay of Night and Moon with Wings. These together, make it forever, as they shall put out the Heart of the Snake, these together, make in forever, as they go out, their lives at stake."(Credit to Pathbreeze for the prophecy!)
