Every once in a while, I'll catch a headline out of the corner of my eye and do a double-take. You see, Sarah Palin and Vladimir Putin have last names that look very similar, especially in some fonts.

After doing some research, I found that their rhetoric is similar, too. Can you determine which of the following quotes was uttered by which politician?
